Jeffrey Russell joined C1 in January 2023, having served in various leadership roles across technology and business consulting services for more than 35 years. He brings a proven history of supporting teams to create and implement innovative solutions for clients, building out differentiated industry-based capabilities and strengthening relationships with leading technology ecosystem partners. He was most recently President and CEO of Accenture Canada, where he delivered cross-industry market share growth. He holds BSC and MSC degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Omar Bhatti has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the professional services industry. He joined C1 in 2022 and previously held executive roles at GDIT, CSC, and Accenture. Omar holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University, actively supports community STEM initiatives, and has a history of growing public-private partnerships that create resilient talent ecosystems across a full range of next-generation IT services.

John DeLozier leads the C1 sales organization across C1’s portfolio of customer experience, security, and networking solutions. He is a proven industry leader and disruptor in the digital world with more than 25 years of experience in driving customer expansion strategies at Intelisys, 8x8, CenturyLink, Unify, and others, resulting in double-digit, year-over-year growth. His people-first leadership style, industry expertise, and history of building high-growth sales teams position C1 at the forefront of the market. John holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Dale R. Gerard is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of strategic financial and operational experience within the technology and service industries. Most recently, he served as CFO at iFIT, a health and fitness technology company, and brings a wealth of experience from previous senior leadership roles at Vivint Smart Home, American Commercial Lines, and Wabash National.

Rui Goncalves has more than 20 years of experience building and leading diverse legal and business teams in the software development, manufacturing, and services industries in the U.S. and abroad. As Chief Legal Officer, Rui oversees all legal functions, including all contracts, risk management, and real estate initiatives, while providing guidance and serving as a part of the executive leadership team. He holds a BS from Seton Hall University, an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, and a JD from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro University.

Colleen Haberman brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources to her role. She previously held executive roles at Univita Health Inc., BioScrip, Express Scripts, and Prudential Home Mortgage (now Wells Fargo Home Mortgage). Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.

Candace Holt serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at C1. Candace joined C1 in 2023 from Accenture in Canada, where she held roles leading Global Alliances for Accenture’s SAP CX business and, most recently, was the Business Operations lead for the Canadian Market Unit and Chief of Staff to the CEO of Accenture Canada. Prior to her Accenture experience, Candace held leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management with CrossView, Inc. Candace holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Meghan Keough has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and product marketing, product management, alliances, and business development. As CMO, Meghan increases brand awareness and differentiates C1’s position in the market. Prior to joining C1, she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Product Marketing at 8x8, where she repositioned the brand and product portfolio to deliver significant growth. She holds a BS from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

As CTO, Mark Langanki spearheads C1's innovations in technology solutions and services. He spent 25 years as the Chief Operating Officer at Spanlink Communications, which we brought on board in 2014. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Mark has been an instructor there since 1996 and in 2014 assumed the role of Associate Program Director.

As CIO at C1, he is focused on advancing innovation, building high-performing teams, and implementing scalable technology solutions. Viral has held senior leadership roles at Ascendion, KPMG, and Associated Press (AP), where he led complex transformative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, along with degrees in Mathematics and CS, bringing a blend of technical acumen and strategic vision.
