In the event that a customer wishes to purchase products and/or services utilizing the terms and conditions of a master agreement entered into by a predecessor, affiliate and/or subsidiary of ConvergeOne, Inc. (the “Legacy Master Agreement”), the following terms and conditions shall apply to such purchase to the extent applicable:
